Below is a description of each major category 

Homes

The “Homes” section lists available homes, model homes and plans. The listing includes the address, bedrooms, baths, garages, style, builder's name, plan name, availability status, and price. After selecting one of the properties a detailed information page about the property is displayed. If multiple photos for the property have been uploaded, then a link to the Photo Gallery for that property will be displayed. Photo Gallery will display up to 12 photos. If a Floor Plan photo has been uploaded, then a link to the Floor Plans will also be displayed. *** Enclosed is an actual property listing and the list of the 425 items that can be selected to identify features available in a particular home ***

Model Homes

The “Model Homes” section lists the Model Homes and displays the Model Office address and Office Hours.

About "The Community"

Is furnished by the developer and marketing team and is designed to be a write-up of the community.

Photo Gallery

Is a collage of photos from the community that may include photos of the interior of the model homes, amenities, or other selected photos.

Builders

Displays the company names, name of company owners, photos of owners and links to their respective biographies and “Available Homes” inventory page.

Directions & Map

Displays a map and directions to the community.

Plat Map

Displays the current plat map of the community. It can also provide links to prior and future plats/phases of the community. Model homes are identified on this map so that buyers can easily locate the model homes. (If the Lot Option is purchased the Plat Map can be linked to Lot or Property information.  When a potential customer clicks on the Lot # on the plat is will take them to the information about that lot or property.)

Contact Us

Displays a photo of each member of the marketing team with full contact information for each member.

Area Information

This is very extensive area including the schools serving the community. This area must be explored "Online" to fully understand the scope of information available under this section.
